Warehouse Associate - Full Time
Location: On-site in Dallas, TX
Performance raises available within the first year.
What You’ll Do
- Unload, label, sort, and stock inventory
- Pick, pack, and prep orders for delivery
- Keep your station clean, safe, and organized
- Support the team with whatever’s needed to get the job done
What We’re Looking For
- You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable on your feet and lifting up to 75 lbs
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Bonus: forklift or warehouse equipment experience

Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site in Dallas, TX
Performance raises available within the first year.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers—answering questions, processing orders, and providing product information
- Manage phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and a focus on quick, accurate solutions
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to track orders, deliveries, and special requests
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure a smooth supply chain experience
- Assist with quoting, billing, and light administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first attitude with a knack for staying calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable with basic computer systems (ERP/CRM experience a plus)
- Prior customer service or inside sales experience in distribution, construction, or industrial supply is a bonus—but not required

Sales Representative
Location: On-site in Dallas, TX

What You’ll Do
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to meet or exceed company’s sales targets
- Present DISC’s full product line—including fasteners, industrial supplies, plumbing materials, and safety gear—and create tailored solutions for customers
- Collaborate with our operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and top-notch client satisfaction
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and project opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B distribution, or industrial supply (fasteners or construction products a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Driven to meet goals while keeping customer service at the forefront
